Dinner in twenty


What's a girl to cook in twenty? Leftover couscous topped with zucchini, onion, garlic and veggie sausage sauteed in fire roasted tomatoes with very special herbs and spices. Served with a side salad of spinach, baby greens, sliced red onion, orange bell pepper, chopped Roma tomato, pine nuts and feta cheese. We were done with dinner by seven o'clock. Now that is awesome, especially for us.
